Terms and Conditions

1. General Facility Use

Access to our esports arena is granted strictly for gaming, coaching, and approved competitive events. All equipment provided, including PCs, monitors, peripherals, and racing rigs, remains the exclusive property of Frag Factory. Guests must treat all hardware with respect and follow staff instructions at all times. Any intentional damage or tampering with hardware or network systems will result in immediate removal from the facility and liability for repair costs.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Standard hourly gaming stations and coaching sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations for standard individual sessions require at least 24 hours of notice for a full refund.

Team bootcamps and private event reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Bootcamp cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date to receive a deposit refund. Failure to arrive for a confirmed bootcamp without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all paid deposits.

3. Accounts & Digital Security

Players are responsible for their own game accounts, passwords, and digital assets. While the arena network is secure and systems wipe personal data upon restart, Frag Factory accepts no responsibility for compromised accounts resulting from user negligence. The use of unauthorized third-party software, cheats, or exploit tools is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate, permanent ban from the premises.

4. Code of Conduct

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against harassment, physical or verbal abuse, and unsportsmanlike conduct. Our training center is built to support player growth in a professional environment. Anyone violating these standards will be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Health & Safety

Extended gaming sessions require proper care. We strongly advise taking regular breaks. Food and open beverages are strictly prohibited near the PC setups and must be kept in designated lounge areas. By entering the arena, you acknowledge that you are physically fit to participate in extended computer use and VR/racing simulator activities if applicable.
